Refund policy

Our cakes and cupcakes are all handmade to meet you requirements with lots of love and care, however that sometimes means that not every cake is identical and the decoration may differ to what you have seen. Each order is checked on collection and delivery but if you are transporting your cake to another venue please be careful driving and if anything happens to the order in your care unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any damages caused.

If the cake is damaged in our delivery, this will be discussed personally with you if we can fix it or offer a full or partial refund. If there is a mistake with the order please bring the order back in its entirety so that it can be checked to confirm any faults.
