Birthday Cake Batter Baddie

You've just finished making an awesome packet mix birthday cake and your mum give you the spoon to lick, you know what i'm talking about guys. The most delicious sweet, salty, sprinkly delicious cake flavour ever, funfetti sponge, a flour and salty buttercream with more sprinkles and you could even add jam. I'll have you know this is one of my absolute favourites. Its even topped with our delicious birthday cake crumb which is to die for. Just to clarify we don't use packet mixes, we have made this one from scratch to taste like a packet mix... I know weird but worth it! Our cakes need to be stored in the fridge, they are super cool like that. But they taste best when bought back to room temperature, Our bakes are made fresh and we recommend eating them within 3 days of delivery.
